• Demonstrate need
• Specific veterinary conditions exist

TYPES OF SERVICES

• Accidents/trauma
• Food (2 month maximum)
• Cancer treatment
• Exploratory surgeries
• Body disposal fees
• Treatment of repairable congenital anomalies
• Prescribed medications and prescriptions
• Spay/castration
• Obstetrics/pyometra surgery
• Endocrine emergencies (diabetes, etc.)
• Diagnostics
• *Other procedures at Veterinarians discretion

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

• Relief from prior financial obligation
• Heartworm prevention
• Elective procedures including: grooming, declaws, cosmetic surgeries
• Routine flea treatment
• Heroics
