The Chessie Spay and Neuter Fund

A special fund within HELP for Pets dedicated to helping Clinton County residents afford spay and neuter procedures for their pets.

How Does the Program Work?

A simple application is completed at or before the neutering appointment at a participating Clinton County veterinarian's office. The veterinarian submits the loan application to our group and is paid directly. The client is responsible for the remainder of the fee at the time of service.

Who Can Be Helped?

Only residents of Clinton County, PA will be served.

Loan Amounts

Repayment

Payment coupons are given at the time of neutering. Payments are due monthly in five equal amounts.

Additional Information

• Only one client-owned pet may be in the program during a five month repayment cycle
• All loans, when repaid on time, are interest free
• Individuals who fail to make timely payments will be charged a 30% collection fee on the remaining balance
