HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
A simple application will be completed at or before the neutering appointment at a participating Clinton County veterinarian’s office. The veterinarian then submits the loan application to our group and is paid directly. The client will be responsible for the remainder of the veterinarian’s neutering fee at the time of service.
WHO CAN BE HELPED?
Only residents of Clinton County, PA will be served.
HOW MUCH WILL THE GROUP LOAN TO HELP ME NEUTER MY PET?
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY LOAN?
Payment coupons will be given at the time of neutering. Payments will be due monthly in five equal amounts.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Only one client-owned pet may be in the program during a five month repayment cycle.

All loans, when repaid on time, are interest free.

Individuals who fail to make timely payments will be charged a 30% collection fee on the remaining balance.
