How can I get help for my pet?

Contact us at help4pets@kcnet.org or speak with your participating Clinton County veterinarian. They can initiate the loan application on your behalf.

Who is eligible?

Clinton County, PA residents who can demonstrate financial need and whose pet requires urgent veterinary care.

How much can I borrow?

Loan amounts vary based on the veterinary procedure needed. Contact us or your vet for specifics.

What is the interest rate?

All loans are interest-free when repaid on time. A 30% collection fee applies to late payments on remaining balances.

How do I repay the loan?

You repay HELP for Pets directly. Payment coupons are provided at the time of service.
